Virtual Doula Support is like having a doula in your pocket — expert support wherever you are in the world
Not everyone has access to an in-person doula. And sometimes, you simply feel drawn to a specific person, regardless of where in the world they are. This is why I offer virtual doula support.
Whether you are across Australia or anywhere else in the world, you deserve to feel informed, prepared, and truly held through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Distance doesn't change that. Through phone, message and video call, I can be right there with you, for your planned sessions, for the questions that come up at unexpected moments, and for the support that matters most when you need it.
The one difference from in-person support is that I'm not physically by your side. But everything else I offer — the knowledge, the guidance, the emotional holding, and the being there when you need me most comes through just as powerfully.
Virtual support is not a lesser version of what I offer. It is simply delivered differently.

For the mother who knows she wants dedicated postpartum support. Beginning with a planning session before your baby arrives and continuing with two virtual check-ins through your fourth trimester. PLUS text and phone support for your first 4 weeks. This package ensures you never feel alone in those tender early postpartum stages.
