The Postpartum Kitchen

Nourishing in-home meal preparation for the fourth trimester

In the haze of new motherhood, feeding yourself is often the last thing on your mind.

The baby often comes first and before you know it, it's 3pm and all you've had is a slice of toast.

This is where The Postpartum Kitchen comes in.

I come to your home and spend up to five hours cooking nourishing, wholesome meals that are ready when you need them. No thinking, no effort, just food that genuinely supports your recovery, your energy, and your breastfeeding journey. Warm, healing, and made with intention.

HOW IT WORKS

1. WE CONNECT - A quick phone call, FaceTime, or we can chat during one of your prenatal or postpartum visits. We'll talk through your preferences, dietary needs, and postpartum requirements. I'll send you a menu to choose from — no stress, no overwhelm, just simple choices.

2. YOU SHOP & I COOK - Once you've made your selections, I'll provide a full ingredient list so you can shop, click & collect, or order online ahead of time. Many clients already have pantry staples on hand — we work with what you have and build from there. I can also arrange to collect your order if needed.

3. I COME TO YOU -  I arrive at your home and spend up to five hours in your kitchen, cooking with care and intention. I leave your kitchen clean, your fridge stocked, and your freezer full.
