Nurtured Beginnings offers the essential support you need to feel held, informed, and cared for as you prepare for birth and transition into postpartum. With a nurturing touch and practical guidance, this package is your steady companion — offering presence and care through every tender moment of early motherhood.

Golden Embrace
For the mother who seeks more depth, more warmth, and more presence throughout her journey. Golden Embrace is a lovingly expanded package that wraps you in wholehearted support from bump to baby, creating a space of calm preparation, emotional connection, and sacred nourishment — because being held during this time isn’t a luxury, it’s a need.

Package 3:
The Full Circle
This is your all-inclusive, deeply held experience — the kind of care every mother deserves. The Full Circle honours the entire journey of your transformation, offering continuous support from pregnancy to postpartum. With space for deep preparation, intuitive guidance, postpartum integration, and energetic healing, this package is wrapped in care, from beginning to becoming.

Additional Postpartum Visits on top of package chosen - $200 each visit (2hrs)

Additional Reiki Energy Healing Sessions — $120 each (or $300 for 3 sessions) (in addition to postpartum visits)
A beautiful and calming treatment that supports emotional healing, energetic balance, and nervous system restoration during postpartum. Can be done in your home, woven into visits, or booked separately. This can be via distance as well. -
Nourishing Postpartum Food Bundles — from $180
You buy the ingredients and I come and cooking your kitchen! Warm, healing meals lovingly cooked in your home using traditional postpartum ingredients. Packages can include slow-cooked broths, healing porridges, teas, and iron-rich dishes tailored to your needs. More info here -
Photography - $300
Capture the raw, sacred, and powerful moments of the golden hour after birth, these images are a timeless keepsake of the first moments of meeting your baby. -
Hire of Tens Machine - $50 hire fee
I will give you the tens machine at around 37/38 weeks of your pregnancy including a new set of electro pads to use.
** NOTE: when securing a booking, a 20% deposit is required and the remaining amount due by 36th week of pregnancy.
