I am here to walk beside you through pregnancy, labour and birth, offering continuous emotional, physical and informational support, so you can feel more confident, grounded and supported, however your birth unfolds.
Whether you are growing your first baby or welcoming another little one into your family, you deserve support that leaves you feeling informed, prepared and held. With a calm, heart-led presence and years of experience walking alongside women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, I am here to support both the practical and emotional parts of your journey.

Continuous support from early labour through to birth, however this unfolds.

I stay with you through the unexpected too. If plans change, interventions are needed or birth takes a different path, my support doesn't disappear.

The Postpartum Kitchen $320 - You buy the ingredients and I come and cook in your kitchen! Warm, healing meals lovingly cooked in your home using traditional postpartum ingredients. More info here
