Additional Postpartum Meals

During the postpartum period, one of the greatest acts of care is a warm, healing meal prepared just for you. As part of your doula support, you can choose to add on a postpartum food package — lovingly cooked in your home using traditional, nutrient-rich ingredients that support recovery, digestion, and energy.

 

I offer a dedicated postpartum meal service where I come into your home to cook and prepare wholesome, healing meals for the days ahead.This can be done as part of one of your postpartum doula visits — or you can book a dedicated meal prep session using one of the options below.

Meals are chosen in advance based on your preferences and postpartum needs, with easy planning support and flexibility to make the process simple for your family.

How It Works

  • All meals are lovingly prepared in your home using fresh, nourishing ingredients 

  • I’ll put together an ingredient list ahead of time, and you can either shop yourself or order online (and even I can collect it for you!) 

  • Meals are tailored to your postpartum needs and dietary requirements, designed to be nourishing, freezer-friendly and supportive of your postpartum recovery

  • Suitable for those following traditional postpartum principles (Ayurvedic, whole food, gentle on the digestive system) or simple, nourishing family meals

  • A pre-planning session via online will take place to discuss your meal plan

Package One –
Half Day Cook-Up

$180 + cost of food

A gentle boost of nourishing meals and snacks to carry you through the next few days.

Includes:

  • THREE hours of in-home cooking

  • TWO main meals (4 serves each)

  • ONE soups, stews etc (4 serves each) 

  • TWO snacks (savoury and/or sweet) 

  • Pre-planning session (via phone, FaceTime, or during your prenatal/postpartum visit)

  • Ingredient list provided — with the option for click & collect pick-up

Package Two –
Full Day Cook-Up

$360 + cost of food

A full fridge of nourishing goodness, designed to support your body, energy, and recovery over the coming week.

Includes:

  • SIX  hours of in-home cooking

  • THREE main meals (4 serves each)

  • TWO soups, stews etc (4 serves each) 

  • FOUR snacks (Savoury and/or Sweet)

  • Pre-planning session (via phone, FaceTime, or during your prenatal/postpartum visit)

  • Ingredient list provided — with the option for click & collect pick-up​​
