Virtual Doula Support

A passion of mine is supporting Mummas to have a smooth, blissful nurturing transition to parenthood, no matter how many times you have given birth! Every single time is just as important as the other to ensure you Mumma have the most supportive team around you during pregnancy, birth and your postpartum journey.

Sometimes you are located somewhere in the world where you may not have access to a Doula, or you are feeling drawn to receiving support from me (Chantelle) but don't live near me - which is why I am now offering Doula Virtual Packages! 

​

These packages are just as supportive and impactful as the in person packages. I provide emotional support and practical guidance to ensure you avoid feeling the overwhelm that can sometimes present during this time of life! So this is when my virtual doula services was born where I can provide support via distance through phone, text, face time or zoom - I can be right there with you!

Package can include the following and more......

​

• pre natal birth planning session

• pre natal postpartum planning session

• birth prep support, resources, techniques etc 

• virtual support via message/phone during pregnancy/postpartum (as well as our planned sessions together) 

• on call from 38 weeks until birth to provide virtual support when and during labour (if preferred) 

• postpartum support over the first 3 weeks which includes 2 virtual zoom sessions (this period of support can be extended) 

• distant healing / reiki sessions - 1 x during pregnancy and 1 x postpartum

• and more!
