Postpartum Support
Ensuring you create the most nourishing & supportive postpartum journey & experience with your new bundle of joy & family is so important! The postpartum journey after birth is such a magical time, yet it can also be one of the most challenging. The importance of creating a village and support network around mumma and baby is often underestimated which is why the postpartum journey is such a huge passion of mine.

I have created two different packages to support you and your family during the first 12 weeks of your little one arriving, depending on what you need. Both offerings can be completely tailored to your needs OR a custom package can be created on request. If you would like to chat more about your postpartum journey, please reach out and we can have a complimentary meet and greet, face to face or via zoom.
PACKAGE one.
3 x three hour visits (to be used within a 4 week period)
In between visit support via phone, text, email etc.
Postpartum planning session (2hr session during 3rd trimester)
A small meal, snack & tea elixir each visit (extra meals can be added as per below info)

PACKAGE two.
6 x three hour visits (to be used within an 8 week period)
In between visit support via phone, text, email etc.
Postpartum planning session (1.5hr session during 3rd trimester)
A small meal, snack & tea elixir each visit (extra meals can be added as per below info)

What can postpartum support include?

emotional support & holding space for mum including birth debrief

physical and emotional recovery support after childbirth

planning and preparation for your postpartum journey and space

support/guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding, postpartum healt

tidying and light house work/duties

baby cuddles so you can shower/nap/rest... whatever you need that day!

self care nourishment for mum including treatments such as foot baths, moxa healing, after birth treatments, traditional chinese and ayurvedic healing postpartum practices etc.

referral to local practitioners and other support if required

assistance with sibilings if required

nourishment through food (each visit will include a small meal & snack - additional food can be arranged)

option of extra meal preparation/cooking during my visits (client provides ingredients for meal) OR meal package options where I prepare additional meals to bring with me

relaxation massage/energy healing treatments

travel to your place within an hour of my home in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. (I can travel further however an additional cost may occur)

Additional Extras

Welcome Home Basket - a basket of goodies, nourishment delivered to your door within the first 24-48 hours of baby arriving/or you arriving back home - from $180

Extra additional postpartum visit on top of package chosen - $250 each visit (3hrs) (or an additional package of support can be arranged if requested at a discounted price)

** NOTE: when securing a booking, a 20% deposit is required and the remaining amount due by 36th week of pregnancy.

Virtual Doula Support
A passion of mine is supporting Mummas to have a smooth, blissful nurturing transition to parenthood, no matter how many times you have given birth! Every single time is just as important as the other to ensure you Mumma have the most supportive team around you during pregnancy, birth and your postpartum journey.

Sometimes you are located somewhere in the world where you may not have access to a Doula, or you are feeling drawn to receiving support from me (Chantelle) but don't live near me - which is why I am now offering Doula Virtual Packages!
​
These packages are just as supportive and impactful as the in person packages. I provide emotional support and practical guidance to ensure you avoid feeling the overwhelm that can sometimes present during this time of life! So this is when my virtual doula services was born where I can provide support via distance through phone, text, face time or zoom - I can be right there with you!
